• Choose from 15, 30, and 45-minute workout options.
• Three levels are demonstrated for every exercise to switch between as needed. Level 1 never has to run, jump or get on the ground. Consider starting at Level 1 if you have any of the following: injuries, pregnancy, sore muscles, foggy brain, illness, or it has been awhile since you last exercised.
